UnitingCare Pancake Day was celebrated on Shrove Tuesday, 5 February 2008.

Thousands of individuals, school, community, church and business groups nation-wide cooked and sold pancakes to raise funds for UnitingCare's work with Australians in need.

Hundreds of other fundraising events were held around Australia in February.

Thank you to everyone who registered to hold a UnitingCare Pancake Day event during February.  

By participating you have helped UnitingCare provide assistance to low income earning Australians who are struggling to access affordable housing, are facing high rents or who are homeless.
